Whose Dreams And Aspiration Am I Chasing ?

I had a chat with a young woman who made me stop and think. She's brilliant academically, but struggles with social skills, essential for her career. She admitted she prefers working behind the scenes, yet chose her field because her mom suggested it.

It hit me hard. How we have the power to influence our kids' choices without truly listening to what they want? Are we guiding them towards their own dreams or ours?

As parents and even parents in the near future , we all want what's best for our kids, but are we pushing them into paths that don't align with their passions? Are we ignoring their happiness for the sake of our expectations?
