Whose content couldn't you live without?

Whose content couldn't you live without?

If you've never read the Linkedin Lunatics group on Reddit, you're missing out.

Lets be honest, Linkedin is great, maybe 15% of the time.

The other 85% is made up of boring, valueless, templated posts created by AI.

And lets not even get started on the automates comments.

The fact is that people are here to sell things. Me included. I'm not sure if any of us could justify the amount of time we spend here if we couldn't at least kid ourselves that we're doing it for some kind of financial gain.

But the very fact that most people creating content on here have an ulterior motive, means that very little of the content can be truly valuable in its own right. Usually it's a tease of value, or a trust builder, but lacking the key to unlocking the readers biggest problems. That key is usually sitting somewhere behind a paywall.

I have a plan to create an environment where the people with the most valuable knowledge to share can do so, without worrying about how they're going to monetise it. And users can go and read the valuable content without having to scroll through 52 posts about toxic boss traits.

My plan is just a plan for now. But on the 9th January it will be a reality.

It's called FounderON ADVANTAGE.

Between now and then I have a lot of work to do, starting with finding the most valuable creators on Linkedin.

That doesn't mean the most followers, or the best engagement. In fact, in most cases it's actually the opposite.

I'm looking for the people that are sharing genuinely valuable content for founders.

Finance, HR, legal, M&A, marketing. Not the top 10 ways to get a pay rise.

Of course I will do my own research. But I would love any help you can give me to find these Linkedin diamonds amongst the rough.

And maybe you have invaluable knowledge and experience that you'd love to share with founders, but don't want to publish it publicly. I'd love to hear from you too.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated. And lots more information to follow on FounderON ADVANTAGE soon.

Have a great week!

You can't go wrong with Dan Kelsall . His posts are always insightful and sooo funny. Of course he might get you cancelled but well worth the risk!
