Who's your (best) friend?
I don’t know about you, but the last two years have been hard. I’m tired. My team is tired. My family is tired.?We’re all missing our connections with each other, and with YOU!
Even with the relaxing of the pandemic restrictions the sense of isolation has continued for many, and despite all of the technology at our fingertips that should enable us to be more connected... personal experience, research, and headlines would indicate that we're becoming more?disconnected.
I know that I wouldn't have navigated the last two years as 'effortlessly' were it not for my best friends at work - Eric and Ruby.?Best Friends at work are the ones who are with you, on high days and low days. They're?the peeps we turn to, the peeps who help ensure we all make it through together, and are better for it. And in the case of Eric and Ruby they are the full on IMAX experience.?
Here are three tips to help you nurture and maintain the relationships that matter to you (you can learn more in the full article).
Despite what we may have been told in the past, business is personal and relationships do matter. We can't be successful in business, or life, unless we have winning relationships around us. Take the time to connect with others, that's how you create relationships that can weather any storm.
Please do hit reply with any questions and let me know how we can support you and ensure we are better together.
Announcing?You, Me, We!
