The reality: Many existing hospitality professionals working across hotels and restaurants today have little to no formal education in the field. Their training often relies on supervisors—who, due to their own insecurities or time constraints, may not provide the comprehensive, consistent learning these professionals truly need. This results in a knowledge gap that limits their potential to excel and advance.

At?Devo, we recognize this gap. Our mission is to empower existing hospitality professionals with practical, accessible learning content tailored to their needs. By creating easy-to-understand, video-based training modules, we aim to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive, regardless of their educational background.

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed—whether they’re just starting their careers or have years of experience under their belts.
