Who's got your back in Business?

Do you sometimes feel alone in business or do you have someone else who keeps an eye out for you and is on your back?

And this inspired me to share with you, that in our experience at IT Experts, we know that there are two types of IT & MSP business owners in life, and this short article may help you understand why your business may not be growing as fast as you want and why sometimes it just feels hard work, AND more importantly what you can do about it??

First we have “The Loners”

These are the Owners who think it’s best to go it alone in business and believe that they can solve all the issues themselves, as and when they arise.

Generally they work very long hours, struggle to delegate to their team, rely on the referral phone to ring and do the same thing every day expecting a different result!

(By the way that’s the definition of Madness!)

They work well on their own, because they want to keep all their trade secrets to themselves, because otherwise their competition will copy them and this will lead to them going out of business in a heartbeat.  Hmmmmmm ?????♂?

Then you have the Go Givers and Collaborators 

These guys want EVERYONE to win! 

They look after each other and understand that there is more than enough business to share around, a bit like why 3 estate agents all line up in a high street and still run successful businesses.

They network and collaborate with other Business owners because they know that there is not ONE person who holds the key to business growth success.

They “Have each other’s backs” - just like Barney !

Years ago and like many business owners, when I started out I joined my local BNI chapter and this taught me the whole Go Giver concept! Which is life changing!

Along with this great Zig Ziglars slogan that I live by every day...

3 years ago we developed the IT Experts concept and now we run successful business growth Programmes and training specifically designed for IT, MSP and Service Based Tech Businesses using our very own operating model, the Profit Builder System...(because we know how you guys are wired)

It is amazing fun, doesn’t feel like work, because I get to build peoples confidence, teach new skills that end up changing peoples lives - AND they pay me to do it!
