WHO'S IN CHARGE?

WHO'S IN CHARGE?

Focusing attention on the degree of dissonance in corporations - especially concerning the the continuing misrepresentation of women into top roles - I come to the conclusion that the idea of a conversation strategy for leaders today is underrated. I have started my Newsletter to explore just that.

Come with me on a journey to compare disparate elements to be combined for a better future for humanity;

business (as tradition sees it) & life (as babies see it);
profit (only money matters) & emotions (love is all there is);
men (as in control and power) & women (as in life and business harmony);
rote education (limiting student engagement) & entreprenology education (freedom to think and imagine for self) -

and many more things so unlike that seem to have no basis for comparison. This is where conversations without judgement count.

"Leading with Conversational Authentic Harmony: Strategies for Building Better Corporate Cultures" may sound disparate - you may ask "how do conversations make business work?"

Let's explore as we navigate our way in this newsletter that highlights the critical role of empathy and inclusion in fostering a harmonious conversational workplace culture where women and men can thrive and contribute to improved performance.

Effective communication is fundamental to any successful workplace culture, but it's even more essential to build a culture that values and includes women and men equally. In this newsletter, leaders will learn how to leverage conversational empathy to create an inclusive environment where every employee's voice is heard and valued.

The newsletter will offer practical strategies for enhancing conversational empathy, including tips on active listening, nonverbal communication, and open-ended questioning.
