Who's afraid of a Q&A?

Who's afraid of a Q&A?

Answer this Workplace Q&A and do it ASAP

?The Q&A is the most powerful communication tool I know.? The process of asking the right questions and developing an honest answer is always revealing and sometimes painful.? The Q & A is helpful whether you are launching a product, taking a new job or assessing your own career. ??No AI required, just a little honesty.

?I can’t fill in the answers for you but I know some of the right questions.? Here they are:

·?????? What am I doing right now?? (Not literally right now because right now you are on LinkedIn.? What about when you sign off?)?

·?????? Is what I am doing productive or a waste of my time??

·?????? Why am I wasting time?

·?????? Will what I am doing help my career?

·?????? Am I bored??

·?????? Why am I doing this task?

·?????? Do I like it??

·?????? Am I stressed out?

·?????? Is someone paying for what I am doing??

·?????? Does what I am doing matter to anyone?

·?????? Am I paid what I should be?

·?????? Should I change jobs??

·?????? Should I change careers?

Take a minute.? Be honest. Really honest.? Answer the questions.? You might be surprised.? You might be inclined to make a decision.? One way or the other.

Well, this is my early morning ritual. It allows me to wake up and gain some inspiration before I get moving through my other routines. Your burnt toast photo, has helped me choose to skip breakfast, so while some consider my early morning routine to be a waste of my time. It saved me time today.. and it saved me some calories, too! Social media helps me stay connected with those who matter to me. And, it keeps me thinking on my feet… even when I’m still in bed. ??
