Claypaky joins ARRI family
ARRI has announced the acquisition of lighting manufacturer Claypaky from ams OSRAM. With Claypaky as part of its corporate group, ARRI will become a leading lighting solutions provider for both motion picture and live entertainment. “The expertise, passion, and dedication to lighting that distinguish both companies also demonstrate that we are well-matched,” says Dr. Matthias Erb, Chairman of the ARRI Executive Board (left).
As flexible as you are

Behind the scenes of Indian blockbuster “Kantara”
One of the biggest Indian box office hits of 2022, director Rishab Shetty’s action thriller "Kantara” has also received critical acclaim, particularly for its technical sophistication. Cinematographer Arvind Kashyap chose to shoot in large format with ALEXA Mini LF and LF cameras and Signature Prime lenses. With ARRI, he spoke about the challenges he faced on the production.
