This multi-neighborhood community is integrated and diverse with the intent to: connect, engage and inspire the human spirit. Now in its fourth phase of development, this 2 square kilometer Whole Living Community in Chongqing, will establish a one-of-a-kind place to: live, work, shop, learn and play. Our goal is to create synergy between: culture, art, entertainment, commerce, tourism and healthy living, that will establish a new benchmark for China.

The community conveys a meaningful story to both the resident and visitor, offering a diverse platform of authentic experiences to inspire the user. At the heart of the community is a town square and adjoining esplanade, a centerpiece and civic hub. The Square and Esplanade serve as a connection to the neighborhoods, liken to Frederick Law Olmstead’s: Emerald Necklace, Boston, and the La Rambla, Barcelona, enhancing walkability, connection, neighborhood distinction, diversity, social exchange, entertainment and commerce.

The community is anticipated to establish a national destination for entertainment, the performing arts, commerce and a hospitality district for over 40 million visitors per year. The community’s resident population will be approximately 75,000.
