??? Are you whole-brained?

??? Human intelligence has at least 5 aspects, each by varying degrees.

?? Intellect (or IQ) is based on a test of brain power, assessed by answers to questions around 4 mental aspects:

? Spatial: capacity to visualize space and shapes

? Mathematical: use of logic in solving problems

? Language: recognizing meaning from partial sentences or jumbled letters

? Memory: information recall

?? Emotion (or EQ) is the ability to recognize our own inner feelings and those of others, and to manage our emotions, especially in relationships.

??? EQ is the ability to sense and apply emotions as a source of energy, information, connection, and in?uence. It helps us understand and assess others in terms of their behavior, attitude, skills, and potential. It must be applied especially in HR and Marketing to understand employees and customers.

?? Intuition is the ability to assign meaning to circumstances and feel connected to the Cosmos.

??? Such feelings can be a strong source of guidance for ourselves and others. It comes from existential or detective-like thinking, plus transcendental awareness. As such, it helps to identify patterns in situations. It is our all-knowing consciousness that helps to determine reality and our life purpose.

?? Integrity is character. It shows that you have a genuine desire to do the right thing by others, giving them full respect, and helping them attain positive outcomes.

??? In leadership, it starts with the "tone at the top" and is the mark of ethics, legality, transparency, and trust. True leaders define corporate purpose by their actions and words; they "walk the talk."

?? Wisdom is the ability to act sensibly, reasonably, calmly, and correctly.

??? It combines the other 4 intelligences and reflects a person's accumulated experience, intelligence and maturity. Wise people are open minded and better able to accept the unexpected by stepping back to take an insightful look at the bigger picture. Wisdom gives us clear values, and makes us more positive and pragmatic about life, other people, and the world. Wise people know what really matters, and they make better decisions, and inspire and mentor others to do likewise.
