?? Career reflections. Just as quick as milestone highs come, they can quickly shift to lows. In this business, it's hard to not feel betrayed by your own body sometimes. This is a violent game and is tough on the body and injuries are just part of the journey. I speak extensively about how important rest, recovery, and body maintenance are and how committed I am to investing in that. I believe it is a large contributor to my longevity in this league.

6 个月Thanks for sharing Kelvin B. I'm not a professional athlete, but I find physical activity is incredibly important to my performance as a CEO. I broke a rib this summer trying to get my bike airborne (I know, I know), and definitely felt like I was betrayed. I was grounded for ~6 weeks. Keep the great content coming!
