Finding out?who?is and isn’t willing to play ball and be on?your?team?is crucial.?
300 Spartans?were willing to die for?their?King and proved to be a more formidable opponent than thousands of untrained soldiers.
That’s who I want to go into battle with. Trained and hardened people?who?are willing to give it all they have.?Who?are willing to fight. Willing to push.?
Not everyone has that type of fight in them. Or maybe the fight is for other areas of life.?Which is okay, but it's not for your business.
Some have the literal fight in them for MMA, boxing, wrestling, and other fighting sports. Maybe?your?fight is business. Maybe it’s another sport. Maybe it’s fighting for?your?family. Community. Animals. There are thousands of battles people are willing to choose to fight for.
We all have a fight in us. Sometimes it just hasn’t been brought out.?We haven't found the cause we are willing to put it all on the line for.

To be the best?you?have to be willing to dig deep. To do what no one else wants or is willing to do. To put in the boring reps over a long period of time. Try and try again, time and time again. Improving as best we can.
All areas of life have this in common to be great. Reps, attention to detail, and working long after?you’re?done. It translates from parenthood to pro sports.?
Assembling and bringing out the best in?your?team?is a true skill and talent. It’s critical to the rise of whatever?you?are working on. Far too often there is a lot of talent left sitting on the bench and not in the game.
Myself included. I have more talent to develop within myself and those around me. Too much is sitting on the bench, just waiting to be put in the game.?
We will rise to the challenge. We can all be better.
Find?your?warriors?who?are willing to go the distance.?
