Who is your source of Truth?

Who is your source of Truth?

What it is that they don't see about us? This was a question I asked years ago, but it was the wrong question. The question should have been, "What do I see in myself that I know to be true?"

I had to challenge managers not once, but twice because they falsified my performance reviews. Yes, this is a real thing. I actually had loads of evidence of the direct impact I made. I had testimonials from leaders, cross channels and departments and more. It was enough for me to know that I was an expert at my craft and no one (including managers) would micro invalidate me.

I am the source of truth.

So are you.

I show up every day despite challenges, the resilience I carry, and the passion that fuels my purpose. It's the love I pour into my child and partner, the vision I have for my future, and the value I bring to every space I step into. I realized the world reflects back what I project. If I see strength, courage, and purpose in myself, others can't help but notice too.

So, here's my question for you: What is True about you?

Take a moment to reflect, then write it down. Let that truth guide how you move through your day, your week, your life. You are a force, a light, and a blessing—don’t wait for anyone else to tell you that. See it for yourself and watch how the world responds.
