Who Are You? Where Are You? How Do You Know?

It takes roughly 5 Steps to change who you are. Once you chose to do the work how will you elevate yourself and more clearly identify who you are? If you reverse engineer the cycle you would start with a complete definition of your ultimate goal, then move on the behavior required to attain that goal, then make a list of what the habits behind all that look like and only then does it become Instinctual and that’s the moment it becomes who you are or who you set out to become.

Someone who wants to lose weight and get healthy might do this….

1. Goal – you weigh 245 and your desired weight is 190.?

2. Behavior – You eat small meals, eliminate dessert and work out three times weekly.

3. Habit – Everything you do is written down to review weekly results.?

4. Instinctual Change – After a short while you just do this every day.?

5. Who You Have Become – In a reasonable period of time you become the person who did the work and got the result.
