Who am I?
I am the sum total of my individual past choices, and decisions.
I am a Transformational Life Coach with 15 years of experience who helps people manage their stress, and anxiety by adapting their mindset and building self-confidence.?
I am a Mentor with particular life experiences who empowers people to exude confidence by getting out of their confirm zone.

What am I proud of?
I am proud of being 41 years old today, with countless accomplishments, and many temporary defeats.?
What’s my greatest learning experience?
I learnt that in order to succeed, we have to fail a few times. Temporary failure is part of the process, and it’s necessary for growth.
What are some challenges I have overcome in my life?

I am this woman, this Coach, this Mentor, because at some point in my life, life asked me to decide between living a confortable life, or a life lived fully.
As you gain a sense of clarity and control over your thinking/feeling patterns, you maximize engagement in your daily occupations and ultimately feel a sense of mental ease.?
Mental ease, this is the key to a happy, and successful life.
Taking control of your mental health, and bring awareness to what is, acknowledge what has been, and create the results you desire, is what I love helping people with.
