When you take on an article, how you approach that is a big question. but no one seems to bother. Most of us claim that we are slow readers, and after some lines, I just get fed up with reading and don't like to move forward with the reading. Then procrastination starts there, and we start to delay that process. So we began with such zeal that we skipped the important task of reading.
Let's take a look at the personalities of those who try to read at various speeds. I've noticed, try to get a quick overview of the topic without really understanding what the book is about. They are not interested in going very deeply into that topic. These types of people are called skimmers.
Then there are those who read the entire topic, going through each line to gain understanding and enjoy the journey of the book. These are typical of people who are not lazy but are excellent time managers. These emphasize the significance of the journey. So let's call these people "readers."
After reading, there are some people who take some time out and look only for the important facts and figures. They scan all the documents thoroughly. These types of people are called scanners.
Most people don’t read every word of a document from beginning to end. In fact, many people only read the first sentence and the last sentence of a paragraph. This is called skimming. Skimming is a very bad habit because it means you are not getting the full information in a document. You may be missing important details, or you may not be understanding the document correctly.
Skimming also makes it difficult to remember what you have read. If you only read the first sentence and last sentence of each paragraph, you will forget what was in those paragraphs. This can cause problems when you are trying to write down notes or when you are taking a test.

I think to get started with some reading, we first need to start with skimming, and then it becomes a habit. Spend some time reading a book that interests you. After reading that interesting book, try to scan the main points. This will try to create some habits.
