In 2021, SheaMoisture launched a $10,000 grant to help female business owners through the challenges of COVID. The Dream Fund, is a continuation of the grant program and offers five winners a $10,000 grant to support black-owned businesses across Beauty and professional services in Canada. This year, two women-owned businesses from the Startup Canada network each won a grant - Kristina Know, Co-founder of Arbre and Anita Grant, Founder of Hello Hair.
