Who Are You Fooling?

You told yourself you’d start eating healthy on Monday. It’s Friday, and you’re eating cold pizza for breakfast. You swore you’d stop texting your ex, yet here you are, crafting a “totally casual” message at 2 am. And let’s not even talk about that gym membership — bought with enthusiasm, used precisely the first two days.
Who are you fooling? You, mostly. But that’s okay!
Life isn’t about perfection; it’s about managing expectations, especially your own. So, eat the pizza, send the text (or don’t), and embrace the chaos. Sometimes, the real trick is fooling yourself into actually being happy.
