Relationship between the Service (generic) and the Product (You- Tangible):
?This all sounds fascinating, but there seems to be an important piece missing. While the focus has been on the "Service," the key element that’s often overlooked is “You”—the "Product" delivering that service.
?Often, I am asked, What are you talking about?? The answer is really simple.? Take a Dentist for example.? A Dentist provides a Service, the key question is: Are all the Dentists the same? ?Do they All provide the same Service?? The answer is Yes, but—the true difference lies in the person behind the service: the Dentist, the professional delivering the care. ?
?Each Dentist is unique, with varying skills, expertise, experience, education, and background. And let's not forget the most crucial factor: Passion. ?Every Dentist—and by extension, every Professional/Service Provider—is a Product that delivers the Service.
So, Yes, we, the Service providers, are the Product. While Services may seem generic or standardized, the real distinction comes from the Individual delivering the Service. You—the Professional—are the core value that clients are seeking and benefiting from.
