Who wants to hack anxiety?

Who wants to hack anxiety?

Anxiety is on the minds of SO many members of our community.?

Whenever we ask “what do you want to hear about?”, anxiety is always at the top of the list.

It makes sense… so many of us deal with anxiety on a daily basis. Our own, our partner’s, our kid’s.

Sometimes it’s an official diagnosis.

Sometimes it’s just this sense of overwhelm that has been part of life for way too long.

We devoted our live podcast recording last Friday to anxiety, and we could feel how it resonated with all those who attended.

Where we see so much desire to learn, we’re compelled to step in. Next month, we’ll be hosting a 4-day online community event: the Hacking Anxiety Bootcamp.?

May 28-31. 4 days. 1 LIVE one-hour talk each day. You’ll:

  • Discover the different root causes of anxiety
  • Learn how to figure out the root cause of YOUR (or your loved one’s) anxiety
  • Gain practical solutions - customized to different root causes - for anxiety relief

And if you can’t make it live, no worries. Recordings will be available until Monday, June 2nd.?

Are you ready to get anxiety out of your life?
