Who is using your Access Program, and what do they have to say?

Are you a Pharmaceutical company that has an existing Patient Medication Access Program, or are you in the process of building an Access Program? Attending the Healthcare Advocate Summit will give your company direct access to the Advocates who routinely utilize these programs. The Advocates are eager to share their experiences and become your company’s partner in developing or improving the complex elements involving Access Programs to include:

  • Medication or Company Web Portals
  • Application processes, Benefit Investigations and Assistance with Appeals
  • Copay Assistance and Free Drug Pathways
  • Quick-Start, Trial Cards, Vouchers, Samples
  • HUB Services
  • Field Reimbursement
The lightbulb moment hit once I realized there were individuals and teams I could work directly with to share my challenges, and recieve guidance to pull our cases through!

Please utilize this Summit as a rare and unique opportunity to network and brainstorm with both new and experienced Advocates to hear constructive feedback on challenges and opportunities for improvement and together, to attempt to develop solutions for current processes and pathways as well as best practices.

We hope you take the opportunity to attend and share any innovative ideas and workflows that have been successful within your company’s Patient Access Programs.

Come join us September 8-10th, 2022 in Galveston Island Texas!

We have an array of sponsorship opportunities and would love to help design a custom solution for your brand. If interested please download our prospectus and let's set up a 20 min call by contacting [email protected].

Having a point of contact for your territory or state who understands your region for both the case managers at the access programs when you call in, and field teams. Copay Assistance to pay out in the time they say they will. (We put patient accounts on hold for this) Case managers that are equipped to understand the medical benefit, and AOB. I'm sure I'll be able to add some, but would love to hear what others have to say.
