STEP 3 – Connect With Your Ideal Core Market
Basically who are they, do you have a clear identity of who your ideal core client is that you want to target, what are their pains and problems you can solve, why do they need you in their life?
When we stop trying to speak to the whole world and really focus and “get to know” who our ideal core client is everything changes. Your content starts speaking to that 1 person you identify. The know, like, trust takes time. Your clients are not looking for a hero, they need what you offer so they can be their own hero! It is not easy getting this right especially when you are the expert in what you do and it seems so obvious to you. Getting deep and clear on how and who your expertise helps will bring a whole new dimension to your communication.
When is the lightbulb moment, when you realise that your business is not about you!
STEP 4 – Hone Your Story
You only have power when people are attracted to you. The magic happens when you understand the pain/problem or pleasure that use of your service is going to bring your client, and they clearly understand how they will feel after they have used your services. It is the untouchable stuff that clients buy into which creates an experience rather than a transaction. Together we will work through the exercise on features, benefits and the magic afters to get the transformation in your communication. To be talked of as a recommended brand who people expect to pay a premium for is better than being the cheapest. Education is an important part of the new selling and we need to give value, value, value. Get things in order and see the shift in your lead generation and sales conversion.
