Who Should Participate in Recruiting & Retaining Employees?

When getting ready to recruit for a position, we recommend creating your Staffing Team for Success. You don’t have to do it all, especially if you are a one-person show wanting to grow! This team can take many shapes and forms, but here are the people to consider and why.

Current Employees

Unless you are replacing a current employee, communicate to all employees that you are looking to hire additional employees for current positions or you are looking to onboard a new position for the team. They may know a qualified candidate, be willing to recruit, and/or have suggestions on tasks to delegate to the new position. They also make great mentors for new hires to ensure newcomers feel welcomed and learn about the cultural norms and guidelines.

Business Consultants
