Thanks for posting sir, A valid contract is typically a written agreement signed by all parties involved. However, in daily business operations, teams often agree on terms and conditions via email, which can also legally bind a company. Therefore, it's essential for anyone involved in business dealings to understand the basics of contract formation to prevent unnecessary legal disputes.

So true. I’d add Business Development teams. And Sales teams - they sell and negotiate contracts daily. I always help “train” my clients to help themselves without me. Heck, anyone who does a lot of contracts should be on the list, including IT and Marketing professionals, who are often buying services from vendors and should be familiar with the contracts that make it so.
