You should be scared
You should listen to everything
You should consume all channels
You should react to everything
You should post every day
You should have a perfect website
You should have to work a job you hate to pay the bills
You should get it right every day
You should fight every day
You should power through
You shouldn't give up
You can’t feel enraged and joyous
You can’t feel sad and still go about your day
You can’t do something
You don’t have the right to do something
You can’t resist
You can’t sit still
You can’t rest
The list goes on...when something enters your mind that you "should/have/can/can't/shouldn't/don't etc., you have free will and autonomy to ask yourself, you GET to ask yourself - is that true? Is that mine? Who says?
Who/what/when/where/how/why is standing in your way to consider what you "must" do? Who said?

Being aware of this and choosing you is something that is within your power as a human being - you get to...so...who said?
