OTHER NEEDS

1.Hence to emphasize the point, farmers and agricultural workers are the most important.

They should be revered the most and should be paid the highest of all jobs / services.

2.Next in line should be sewage workers and cleaning services.

3.Police have a larger role to play than armed forces in peacetime as they are in each nook and corner of the country.

4.Doctors do save lives but that is need based.

5.Energy producers (including electricity) have a significant role in running our daily lives. There should be a respect for the energy sector, which is the mother of all industry.

6.Technology domain has engulfed the role of banking and entertainment.

7.The role of lawyers is a big question mark. They seem to create or increase confusion for the sake of monetary and political gains. One of the newest professions seems utterly absurd in the face of humanity.

8. Entertainment sector has distorted the remuneration values.

9.Last but not the least, supply chain or the service providers do play an especially vital role.

Affordability, actual needs and prioritization is the key here. Unfortunately, too much importance is given to professions / designations which play a much lesser or trivial role for the actual survival and fulfilling the mandatory needs of the society and their remuneration also makes no sense. Going forward the most important aspects of survival need to be valued and the relevant stakeholders to be compensated in proportion to their services.

This is the need of the hour.

Are we going to implement that order ????.........
