• lets students consistently develop the habit of expressing their own real life experiences that generates their own new ideas.
• lets them polish up their inbuilt talent.
• lets them grow such a sense of creativity that has made scientists successful and so will make them highly successful too.

A teacher himself/herself must be as much creative and innovative as much he/she wants to see his/her students. Kiwis don't give birth to eagles. So “Creatives Create Creatives!”
