Who is a mentor to you?

I have always heard on social media and different articles that a mentor is a guiding person to help you grow in your field and achieve the greatest. But I have never come across a mentor or mentee to learn from their success story.?

Last month, I applied and was recommended by Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) to join Global Mentorship Initiatives (GMI) program. Fortunately, I was selected and matched with my current mentor, Ridhma Dhar. The overall program to develop a well-prepared mind ready for career growth and development.

After three weeks, together, it has been an insightful and life-changing journey. I reflected on the need to understand oneself and build networks that allow you to grow.?

My favorite lesson learned from my mentor was asking the WHY question in every circumstance and also to learn from every experience.??

I encourage everyone to find a mentor and/or be a mentor to others because success is more sweet when shared with others.?

I wholeheartedly thank Mrs. Ridhma Dhar, for the GMI team, SNHU team for the precious gift you gave me at the end of my undergraduate studies!!
