Who likes feeling hungry?
I do not want to be hungry all the time. I bet you don't either.
Women often associate losing weight with being hungry. You do not need to be hungry and you should not be hungry as you are losing weight.
When you are eating the right foods - foods loaded with nutrition - and getting enough physical activity, you can eat.
One thing to keep in mind...
Our brains do not distinguish between hunger and dehydration so... your brain could be telling you that you are hungry when your body just needs water. If it's only been an hour or so since you ate, you probably need water.
If in doubt, drink a glass of water. Even if it is time to eat a meal, drinking a glass of water first will fill your stomach so you don't want to eat as much.
Foods lower in nutrition do not keep us feeling full for long which is why we feel hungry more often and therefore eat more. As you transition to eating more foods higher in nutrition, you will feel full longer.
