Artist has just a few more illustrations to complete for my new children's book, which will be out this fall. It's the second in a series that encourages kids to go outside to play and teaches about nature in a fun way. The first was Who Let the Bugs Out?

These books are not just for kids, but for grandparents, because they are set in a simpler time with activities that they can relate to.

Fish, Frogs, and Fireflies: Growing Up With Nature is a book that I wrote for adults. But kids also love many of the stories in it. Some of those were the inspiration for these illustrated books.
