Who is a Leader?
Leaders are people with un-conventional skills; they don't teach you that in school or universities. Leaders are people who take it on themselves to walk the unexplored path with you and light up the road for you. As a teammate, it doesn't mean you are a follower you are an equal leader who contributes with your suggestions and managerial skills, a true leader gives the credit back however is that important? it isn't if you are a leader in making you wouldn't care about the credit but an individual who is working towards a greater good; something that impacts the masses or group of people positively.
Exploration is new to new leaders but it becomes a habit when you do it every day and make it your daily life; consequences are the things of past with analytics, research, predictions available at your disposal, however, the experience still makes a huge difference when leaders make the decision, it is unbiased, it is for the greater good, it's for everyone it touches within the boundaries of law it belongs too.
I've been fortunate enough to find the leaders in many men & women I get to interact with from different walks of life, however, one thing that is undyingly common between all of them is the GRIT to make things happen.
Leaders look for inspirations, they find them at their office someone in their team or someone selling goods at a shopping mall. The inspirations are countless, how do these inspirations move you emotionally counts, this energy that you find within you separates you as a leader of people or team.
Leaders don't know it all, they LEARN every day and teach (not preach), the ability or desire to learn comes from the same hunger of finding the new, finding the un-explored, the willingness to NOT NEVER give up, that makes the difference.
