Who Knew? A #Pandemic, #MPOX & my other #SciComm in the Year 2022!

When I saw my colleague and friend, Dr. Andrea Prinzi, PhD, MPH, CPH, SM(ASCP) , post a summary of her science - y 2022 science communication efforts, I thought to myself, "What a great idea!" So, here I go!

After 2020 and 2021, I never could have believed that 2022 would continue to provide historical records in the realms of #infectiousdiseases, #healthcare , #publichealth and the #medicallaboratory. I have been so grateful to so many professional organizations and colleagues for supporting my efforts in science communication and health literacy while working to dispel #misinformation and #antiscience globally. A special thank you to Texas State University and Austin Community College where I have been professionally employed over almost the past 30 years.
