Who JM gauges are?

Last week, one of our customer informed us that their customer Websto wanted to visit us and have a check with one of their checking fixture which is most finished. We were so nervous. Because of our small scale, customer visit is always our paint. We were worried that if they are disappointed with our scale, that would be a disaster to us, also our customer. However, when they knew why we were soooo carefully with them, they laughed and said” don’t worry, you just a checking fixture factory, it doesn’t matter how small you are. In addition, we are satisfied with the tools you make”.

Wow.......

On the one hand, we felt so sad because the job we care so much is just a screw in others’ mind.( but a screw is very important when assembly a car, ahahaha). On the other hand, we are so relieved. Yes, what customer really care is the quality. Although we don’t have hundreds of machines, and thousands of square workshop, we have all kinds of machine for a checking fixture manufacturing. In addition, we have experienced designer and technical. What’s more, we are honest and flexible, and 24/7/365 service.

Yes, we are not shame any more because of our not big scale, we are proud of who we are and what we are doing.

So when Ford asked to visit us, we are not nervous. No surprise that they are satisfied with our quality.

To do business, the first thing is to do a good people. Honest with every one. That’s what our JM gauges do.
