Who are they?

Who are they?

So, I've had a few people ask me 'who are BrightCloud Group' followed by 'Why did you join?'

To save me replying to everyone, this...

1) The people, what a great bunch (no big heads please!)

2) We are the largest company who are solely Cisco Contact centre experts in Europe. #contactcentre geek!

3) We've taken Webex Cloud Contact Centre, wrapped it with a suite of tightly integrated enhanced solutions and delivered it over our network. We're uniquely positioned to support a seamless migration from on premise, to hybrid or full cloud at your pace, whilst optimising your existing license investment, improving service and functionality, with end to end QoS.

4) Quoting Jason Osmond... "we are not the cloud police!". We want our customers to move at a pace they are happy with whilst delivering the best possible business outcomes.

5) Cisco - global giants in both Unified Communications and Contact centre. At ~$50b annual revenue they're not going anywhere. Their significant investment in R&D is showing them as staying at the top of their game as we go forwards. And we've taken this backbone and enhanced applications, services and agility to truly delight our customers.

6) Our customers - they love us! Our professional services and support are second to none. Our customers come first.

7) Our partners - we don't compete with our Cisco Partners, we are there to just enhance your Cisco offering, keeping you and your customers ahead of their game.

8) And a shameless plug to Matt Stevens for knowing it was right! Also my lovely ex-colleagues who put us in touch. Thank you.

9) And the cherry on the cake - we're based in the North!

As I'm a little strapped for time, cooking dinner and trying to make sure PE kits are clean, this is just a snapshot. But I'm happy to tell you more, just get in touch. It would be great to hear from you.

Enjoy your evening and stay safe.

Jenny
