Who is this Jacqui Frost?

“Jacqui Frost has worked with the majority of our teaching staff during very challenging times as the school was put into "Special Measures". We needed to work with someone who could deliver honest and difficult messages in a way that would have a positive impact on individual's teaching and therefore pupil progress. Jacqui was able to do this in a precise and powerful manner.

As part of the programme Jacqui would teach the class so the teacher could observe,  This had a huge impact on teachers' delivery as they could see how changes in their practice would make a difference. 

At the end of the programme Jacqui and I were able to make a judgement on the quality of teaching and learning across the school through formal lesson observations.

We also set up a coaching programme for LSAs to enhance their practice. Again this was based on in class coaching and development.

I would not hesitate to use Jacqui to work with teaching colleagues again”
