Who Will Help?

Who Will Help?

You can’t do this alone, and more to the point, you don’t need to. If you don’t have these kinds of people in your life, get busy and get some . . .

  • Angels?believe in you and want to help just because it’s you. Their energy and encouragement are priceless.
  • Pioneers?are people willing to go first. They’ll give you a shot, even if you’re not completely ready. They help you refine your ideas and insights into something valuable and durable.
  • Partners?help you get in and stay in the game.

The time to establish and enroll these relationships in your journey is before you need something from them. Start now if you aren’t already maintaining a network of Angels, Pioneers, and Partners.

And what do you need from them? Three things:

  • Radar: Help you scan the horizon for what’s not yet here.
  • Sonar: Help you spot what could put a hole in your boat.
  • Hand on the Wheel: Help you read and respond to what’s happening around you.

Yes! The personal fulfillment or joy that comes from connecting with others in these ways is the greatest reward.

It would be interesting to consider what would be of value to Angels, Pioneers, and Partners. What would compel these people to be of service?
