WHO THE HELL IS RON MALHOTRA??

WHO THE HELL IS RON MALHOTRA??

Have you ever wondered who this guy is who shares all these inspirational messages and can come across a bit strong sometimes?

Well, I think it's time that you get a personal insight into who I am.

If you want to know me based on what I do, then check out my LinkedIn profile.

But, who I am should not just be defined by what I do.

It also needs to be defined by my values and what I stand for.

So here goes...

I am a family man with a beautiful wife and daughter who keep me in check.

My biggest driving value in life is to create or do something of significance. I want to make a significant difference.

But, that's not that important.

What is more important is "how" I believe significance can be achieved.

The first thing you should know about me is that I love principles. I do NOT believe in new and fancy fads.

Show me that there are proven and time-tested fundamentals behind what you do and you will have my support.

I love learning and very few people can outdo my tenacity when it comes to seeking out education.

I am all for challenging conventions and breaking rules that do not serve people, but I am also for solid ground, not ever-shifting sand.

I do not get seduced by short-lived bright and shiny ideas, what's popular, entertainment or quick tactics that promise results. Maybe once upon a time when I was younger, but not anymore.

I prefer TIME-TESTED and ESTABLISHED principles.

I prefer depth, I prefer character, I prefer substance. I relentlessly seek personal growth.

I care about people, but to me caring is not sufficient. I want to EMPOWER & GROW people who TRULY WANT TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL.

Whilst I respect all people, sometimes I do struggle to respect people who always seek entertainment, people who do not want to learn & grow and people who have a sense of entitlement.

I also find it difficult to respect people who complain, procrastinate and people who only do something when they feel like it, instead of doing what they must do.

As you read the above, you may see me as preachy or self- righteous.

Self-righteous I am not, preachy...maybe.

But that's because I so passionately believe in the potential of people and that is why people's indifference towards personal improvement and improving the world around them, hurts me.

I believe there is big work to be done in the world and in my lifetime I want to do what I can (consistent with my passion, strengths and gifts).

I am all about creating lasting value for people that connect with me. I value money and wealth but I would never engage in a transaction that wasn't a fair exchange.

I have a good heart but a strong mind. I am spiritual, highly inspired and positive.

My biggest negative qualities are: I spend too much time on my phone, I struggle to take interest in things that do not fit in with my values, I am not great at small talk and I can be a bit impatient at times. I loathe self-pity and lack of discipline and struggle to tolerate it. I can be a bit dismissive of people who make excuses or refuse to take responsibility.

Overall I seek to become a person of the highest character and I am massively inspired by Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Malcolm X, Lincoln and Mandela.

My favourite quote is: "Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat." by Theodore Roosevelt.

So that's me. ??

Now it's YOUR TURN.....to share who you are....at a deep level.

I would love to know WHO YOU ARE?

Be candid, be transparent, be bold. It can be one line if you want or it can be a whole essay.

Don't hold back!

This exercise will help you better connect with yourself, and allow the world to know the real YOU... so don't be shy.

SO, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU??

GO!

- Your friend

Still searching, who am I ? Waging a battle against the corrupt and filthy rich mighty Coterie ..! Loosing on most occasion, still the battle is on. Inside, I think I am serving the cause I stand for. Working in the "Indian Cooperative Movement", where non-cooperation rules the roost! Hi Ron, I do share your values. I have to tell you that I do not agree with the concept that people in life “must“ do things that needs to be done and that is all. Is partly correct, in my opinion, as anyone who has a well working brain should “must” be responsible, but, in the maintime they should understand why to behave like that and only then they will replace “must” with “will” do. Better to known the reason of doing something than just doing it.
