Wow this is a tough topic. But really needed. I think your questions to force some self honesty are excellent- for me asking where I could spend my time and energy without the ‘deadwood’ and what life could look like was really helpful.

Another one filled with useful insights Vanessa. I particularly liked the "who got you here" piece. It's something we don't often look closely, but that nevertheless influences all our decisions. Cutting the branches "to grow towards our light" was another great one. Thanks for sharing.
