Who else is feeling the summer vibes?

Where thought leadership discussions are created & partner relationships are fostered.
As we wrap up July and trip right into August, the summer vibes are strong! What does summer mean? Summer typically is when we slow down, take afternoons off and weeks of much deserved vacation with our friend and family.
We promote these days and types of activities but want to remind you to keep your social strategy moving forward, schedule your posts and maintain the consistency of your message to your customers and followers.
?? TIP: Take a break but never from social!
Share your summertime activities and experiences, be #authentic and show that you are a person, not just a company trying to sell something, but a real human trying to show who you are and make a connection with your followers. You can spend time offline but bring it back to your digital presence with pictures or a recap of your week off. Highlight reels are always fun.
Let's dig in to keeping it social this summer.
Your overly excited (and heading on vacation herself) editor,
Building and Growing your Professional Network
We should always be striving to build and grow our professional networks.
?? TIPS: We can do this by following those that have the same or similar interest to us. Those that we can add valued comments to and engage with easily. Commenting on others' posts is a great way to build your network because others read and like your comments, perhaps engage with them and add their thoughts on top of yours, creating a real discussion. While engaging in a social conversation, be sure to follow those users to keep the interaction going beyond a singular post.
Personally, we are excited to share that since October 2022 we have reached 5,000 followers?? in July! How? We mention partners like you that we engage with, we follow you all and ask you to follow us, so go ahead and do the same on your accounts!
Did you know that top salespeople are twice as likely to have expanded their LinkedIn network in the last year? That creates more opportunities and increases their likeliness to meet their quotas. Don't you think it time to expand your network? ?
Do you find it hard to unplug and take a real vacation?
I am the absolute worst at:
Do you find yourself in the same situation? Comment and share if you are one that can totally let go immediately and not think about work once or are you like myself and have to actually delete the email app and social apps from your phone to unplug.
Perhaps it's because I am so connected through social media, but I recently posted on LinkedIn to start the conversation and get others perspective as well as remind myself of how to do vacation right! Take a read, I'd love your thoughts:
Remember, while we are trying to disconnect from the world, always bring it back to your digital presence and display your human experiences. Stay tuned to my feed on LinkedIn next week as I'll be sharing my vacation as it unfolds. My goal is to disconnect during the day while still taking photos to capture the memories and then as I unwind around the fire in the evenings share with my followers. Is this considered unplugging? Perhaps just for me, one that is always connected 24/7. ??
We want to hear from you.
We put these newsletters out to give you a place to catch up on what we shared digitally regarding building your social network, how to be the most digital and what we shared in the last month.
We ask that you comment and share with us that you have learned, how far you have come (any and all accomplishments) and what more you'd like to see us sharing here and on our LinkedIn feed. It's me, I listen, promise. ??
