Who Does the Message Serve the Most?

Who Does the Message Serve the Most?

Who's the better teacher? Someone who teaches their student a skill, or someone who teaches their student to teach others that skill?

Who's the better communicator? Someone who shares ideas, or someone who helps others share ideas?

If the goal is to motivate and equip other people to spread an idea - we've got to ask ourselves - are we promoting an idea that is worth sharing?

Is it so valuable that your audience will want to share it with theirs?

Held up to that standard - a lot of the messages we share start to look pretty self-serving, don't they?

How can we design a message that helps them more than it helps us?
