Who do you work for??Don’t tell me the name of your company name or the name of your boss.?

Who do you really work for???

For me, I work for Kristin and Patrick and Emma.?I work for the people that greet me each morning on my screen savers when I power-up my laptop.?I work for them.

Every day when I see these pix from many, many, many years ago, I’m reminded that I need to be a symbol of my best, battle through adversity, avoid shortcuts, do my best to act with purpose and integrity.

Don’t go to work each day looking to please your boss or gain praise.?Go to work to make those who are meaningful in your life proud of who you are what you.?Do that and career accolades and growth will follow.
