Who Do You Spend Time With?

I recently saw some graphs floating around the internet about who we spend our time with over the course of our lives.* This kind of data is always fascinating to me, but the visual of the amount of time we spend with coworkers was really interesting:?

Most of you are in a season where a good portion of your day is spent with coworkers. I hazard a guess that those hours spent with coworkers are also likely some of your most engaged and productive hours.?

My question for you today is, how strategic are you being with the people who get the better part of your time??

• Do the people you work with embrace your mission and values?
• Are they life-giving??
• Do you look forward to being with your coworkers?
