Who Do You Call When You Need Marketing Help?

I get calls all the time.

Not just the ones from Mom (and there are plenty of those)... but the calls from friends and former co-workers. It's usually the same sorta themes:

How do I do...?
Have you ever run into...?
What would you do if...?
Do you know anyone who can...?

And so I do the best I can to steer them to a solution. It's really kinda cool all of these people consider me helpful that way -- and the truth is, I've always been that kind of helpful guy.

That's right. Starting today I'm opening up a shiny new consultancy called Full Nelson Marketing. Of course my last name is Nelson, so you sorta get that part, but there's more about the name "Full Nelson" which is actually a wrestling hold used to put an opponent into submission:

A Full Nelson hold is a grappling hold which is executed from behind the opponent, generally when both are on the mat face down with the opponent under the aggressor. One or both arms are used to encircle the opponent's arm under the armpit, and secured at the opponent's neck.  A Full Nelson is used to control an opponent or to turn him over on his back and execute a pin.
