Where To From Here? (...an update)

This weeks update is to keep everyone involved in the after effects of last weeks TORNADO of activity which resulted in speaking to 500,000 kiwis on national radio and the clinical endorsement of the book.

Within NZ, that endorsement has been emailed out to the NZDF, Veterans Affairs, The RSA and NZ Veteran Support Groups on Facebook. 

In Australia and the USA, our networks are processing the same information and watching what the response is here from our own organizations...

The strategy to support our people has been set in place, the sign post built long ago...but where to from here.

It has been uplifting what we have achieved, saving lives and being written into NZ Military History and NZ Legal History and heartbreaking to watch new gatekeepers appear in the veteran space, in-fighting between generations of veterans and organizations fighting over the crumbs from the funding table...

While all of this was happening, people were reading the book and stepping back from abyss of suicide. While organizations were arguing and firing shots at each other, telling everyone how to do things better, people were reading the book and opening up to their families. The mission is greater than all of us. People's motives have been put on show.

I designed multiple strategies depending on who would support us and who would attack us in order to keep moving forward and protecting our people.

What is the update for this week?

"We are at a cross-roads. Where to from here based on who has the courage to come with us. It's either going to be 'packs on' and we keep on keeping on; or someone is going to pick us up and fly us to the next marker."

It will be interesting to see.
