A great sales professional truly CARES about their prospects and customers. A professional sales person needs to be curious, inquisitive, and have a genuine desire to learn about other people's business! Care about what they care about and they will listen to your advise, heed your sales recommendations, and seek you out as a TRUSTED BUSINESS ADVISOR!
Remember, your goal is to solve their problems, uncover hidden needs, expose issues that affect their productivity that you can fix, and show them that you truly care about their business!
