We would love to know who this artist is. The tape on the back of the picture says Top end and Side. To allow it to be hung in landscape position or portrait. Painted canvas strips layers.

Its mounted on a high-end glass perspex and aluminium frame.About 3 inches of glass between the painting and the frame.

Any info on this mystery would be much appreciated.
