My #1 tip for running a business, without having a mental breakdown is...to have an amazing business partner who supports you.
I'm lucky enough to have?Lloyd Knowlton.
He's my business partner, brother, best friend, therapist, person I get to smash at squash every week & all round good guy.
What makes our business partnership work so well is that we have completely opposite skills.
I've got charm, wit, the brains & Lloyd is great at making coffee (lol).
But on a serious note, being able to talk to someone when you feel like everything is going wrong.
And having someone to celebrate with when everything is going right.
Makes coming to work every day an absolute joy.
I've been on paternity leave for the last 2 weeks & Lloyd's been holding the?Knowlton?fort.
It was another reminder of how lucky I am to have such a great business partner.

2 年As you say Piers Morgan and Katie Hopkins, the problem is these people appeal to a large swathe of society (I use the word society in the loosest possible meaning) and that what really gives me the fear!
