Who Am I & Why I Am A Behaviour Change Coach?
Ashley Green
Health & Performance coach helping men over 40 get back peak health so they can look, feel, perform at their best.
Who am I?
For those of you that don’t know me - I'm Ashley - a Behaviour Change Coach, Father, Husband, Better Body Guru and the Co- founder of The Limitless Women's Collective.
I help busy women uncover their body and prioritise themselves, creating the body, mind and life they want without the guilt through mindset and habit coaching.
In The Limitless Women’s Collective I help my clients zoom out of their daily lives and look at where they want to ultimately get to and be.
We look at all habits, work, family, health, energy levels, social behaviours, mindset and the long term goals and vision.
Then we work on and set out the habits they need to build or change to ensure they look, feel their very best.
I firmly believe it all starts with being honest to yourself, doing self-reflection, having a willingness to take ownership and allowing yourself to be open to talk & make changes, even if they are challenging.

How Did I Become a Behaviour Change Coach and Why?
From a very young age dancing has been in my genes, I followed my parents and sisters footsteps and it became my life,
In the first 2 decades of my life I was UK Ballroom champion, World Champion, i had own so many trophies I didn’t have room for them at home, I travelled the world doing what I loved.
When I was 22 I slipped a disc in my back which forced my hand and I moved into more of a teaching role, coaching dancers how to lift and perform on stage.
In my late 20’s I returned to studying and enrolled at ALRA on a performing arts and drama course whilst also coaching dancing in the evenings.
I took on many roles after graduating on incredible stages including the Royal Opera House, London, and in several movies including dancing with Natalie Portman in The Other Boleyn Girl.
Moving forward 10 years, I was now into my mid 30’s, having got married to my first wife (a whole other post needed for that crazy story) and I trained qualified as a Zumba instructor.
I was teaching 11 classes a week, and is how I met my incredible rock and love of my life Steph.
We moved in together and I qualified as a Personal trainer in 2013.
I was working long hours, early mornings, late evenings and weekends.?
For my 40th birthday and new years 2012 we went to South India.
We talked long and hard about how we could build a future together, have all the things we wanted, kids, house security all while doing something we loved.
So over the following 5 years The Better Body Studios was created and grew into a successful and amazing small bespoke training studio for women who wanted to regain their health and fitness.
We didn’t just magically arrive with a studio with ease.
There were a lot of struggles as well as their highs, business wise and personally.
The diagnosis of my blood cancer in 2013 and the death of our little girl Thea Rose in 2016 we very hard low points we had to find our way through, and are still with us everyday,
But there was also the birth of our amazing daughter Sienna Grace in 2014, and our course marrying the women of my dreams in 2015.
Going through these highs and very low lows has really allowed me to appreciate how short life is, but also how wonderful life is and not to waste a single second.
Things can change in an instant, without any warning, so if there is something I want to do, or change I have learnt to take action and do it sooner rather than later, because there may not be a later.
Being the healthiest person I can be, I am 100% sure is how I have coped with all my cancer treatment and how I have managed to make such quick and successful recoveries back to health.
Along the way, although exercise is important,? a positive mindset is how I have chosen to approach my life.
I am passionate about helping, coaching and inspiring my clients to prioritise their wellbeing, health, fitness and mindset which is why I am now a qualified Behaviour Change Coach.
My Passion
It is my passion, why I do what I do, and why I am very very good at it.
In 2021 Steph and I decided to close down our successful PT studio and concentrate fully on our Behaviour Change Coaching.
I have a beautiful home, wife, daughter, a dog, and a business I am passionate about and having already helped 100’a of women change their lives.
?Vision
My vision is to help as many busy, hard working successful women as I can change, their lives for the better and create the version of themselves they want to be and deserve to be.
If you think I might be able to help you - I’d love to chat with you.
