Who am I... really?

I’m Jeremy, I’ve been coaching professionally for over 13 years. My background is consulting in organisation and leadership development. I coach aspiring leaders, individual executives and leadership teams in several sectors. I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level.?I hold several coaching and psychometric qualifications... Blah! Blah Blah!

And so reads my bio, and thousands of other coaches read similarly.? So what?

What does my bio not say? I sometimes struggle with feelings of isolation and hopelessness in my coaching practice. I worry if I am good enough to be practising as a coach.? Will I be found out as lacking?? Sometimes my coaching feels like giving advice.? Sometimes my coaching work dries up.? Sometimes my clients don’t seem to benefit.? And all of that is why I practise under professional supervision.

I’m Jeremy.? I’m a qualified and accredited coaching supervisor. Since I launched Grow the Coach in 2019, I have provided a supervisory working alliance for 50 coaches, supporting them to develop who they are as a coach. I work with coaches at all career stages (those in training, newly qualified, mid-career, and advanced practitioners). I'm also conducting research into coaching supervision, with my first paper having been published this year in a peer reviewed journal.

I currently have capacity for a few more supervisees, either for individual or group supervision, or even a blend of both. Message me to book a taster session.
