Who am I

I have been with GE for 25 years! Amazing how time is marked by significant moments in our lives. The first half of my career was focused on the adventures of a successful career and meeting my husband, Don, who was on a similar adventure at GE. In 2005. I was in my first Senior Executive Band (SEB) role and things were going very well. However, after multiple roles, multiple moves and multiple promotions, Don and I found ourselves wanting more for our lives. We made the decision early 2006 to adopt from Russia and our adventure took an amazing turn from career to family. My life, my energy, my purpose shifted the moment I became a mom. The summer of 2006, we brought home our first son, Akim, who was 10 months old. Then in 2008, Pasha (at 17 months old) joined our family. The past 13 years have included two more moves and a few more roles, but the role of mom remains my most rewarding. Each season of our life as a family brings new challenges, new adventures, and the greatest of joys. Cheering at soccer games, celebrating a hard earned grade on a test, or just chilling around a fire pit with smores … these are the moments I mark today. I am very blessed to be part of an amazing team of friends and colleagues in our GE family whom I commit to serve daily as a leader and HR professional. At the same time I am most grateful for how our GE family has been such an important part of supporting me and who I am as a mom. #GEProud

You’ve been a devoted mom to 2 amazing boys. I’m often in awe of how much you can pull off! I can also attest, however, to the amount of care and devotion you bring to work EVERY. DAY. ...thank you for always pushing those around you to achieve more than they thought they could #mom2many
